	Day parking rates will be: First 30 minutes FREE; $1.00 per hour after that; $10.00 per day maximum. Monthly garage parking permits: $80.00.

Mission

Many years ago, the City determined that as a vital component for downtown revitalization, that parking should be free and as easy as possible. To further that goal, the Fairbanks Parking Authority was created.

The Authority works with the City to try and promote accurate and simple signage, to encourage the free flow of traffic, and monitor parking regulations.
