DO NOT PANIC
The appeal process is a friendly and non-stress
process, we have five board members that volunteer to listen to all the
appeals.
We also have very friendly office personnel who will
dismiss the following violations.
1. Handicapped citations with a handicapped placard. If
you forgot to display this in your windshield.
2. Expired License as long as you were legal at the time
the citation was written, in others words current with registration and you had
not displayed the tags on your plates.
If you believe that the ticket was not justified, you
may request a hearing by turning your citation over and fill out the
information needed for the appeal and mail it to:

Remember you only have 5 days from the date of the
citation to request a hearing.

Wednesday of every month (unless there is a holiday) at 8:30 AM.
